Through exploring what really matters to you, you will get a deeper understanding of how your beliefs, goals, and attitudes shape your academic development. Through the Personal Values Assessment, you will identify your core values that impact your motivations and decision-making processes. Further, you will get a deeper understanding on the influence of values on learning approaches and academic achievements and will reflect on that with a journaling activity.
